SYNOPSIS

esorex uves_utl_remove_crh_single [OPTIONS] FILE.sof

DESCRIPTION

This recipe performs image computation.

The input files is one image their associated tags should be IMA.

The output is the image cleaned from CRHs Information on relevant parameters can be found with esorex --params uves_utl_remove_crh_single esorex --help uves_utl_remove_crh_single

OPTIONS

--crh_frac_max <float>

Maximum fraction of allowed CRHs (float; default: 0.7). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is uves.uves_utl_remove_crh_single.crh_frac_max [default = 0.7].

--sigma_lim <float>

--max_iter <long>

Max fraction of bad pixels allowed (long; default: 5). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is uves.uves_utl_remove_crh_single.max_iter [default = 5].

--gain <float>

Detector\'s gain (float; default: 2.42). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is uves.uves_utl_remove_crh_single.gain [default = 2.42].

--ron <float>

Detector\'s ron (float; default: 1.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is uves.uves_utl_remove_crh_single.ron [default = 1.0].

Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help' command.
