Overlap stats for 3d masks and atlases
vboverlap <flag> ... <mask>
vboverlap is part of the VoxBo suite of tools for brain image analysis.
vboverlap takes as input an atlas map (3D volume with labeled regions) and a mask, and produces a summary of the overlap. It's useful for understanding what regions are impinged by a lesion, or are included by an activated region.
