shishi handle as allocated by shishi_init().
input EncKDCRepPart variable.
input EncTicketPart variable.
Set the flags, authtime, starttime, endtime, renew-till and caddr fields of the EncKDCRepPart to the corresponding values in the EncTicketPart.
Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
