shishi handle as allocated by shishi_init().
input EncKDCRepPart variable.
newly allocated encryption key handle.
Extract the key to use with the ticket sent in the KDC-REP associated with the EncKDCRepPart input variable.
Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
