The commands ihex2txt and txt2ihex can be used to edit data in Intelhex format. First you get the original Intelhex file and use ihex2txt to convert it. Then you edit the text file and convert back to Intelhex using txt2ihex

Record types 00 and 01 are implemented in this version. In input lines, LF and CR+LF are accepted as newline markers. Output files are generated with LF as a newline marker.
The text format is composed by a line with values separated with spaces. The first value is the initial address, the following values are the values.
Example: 02B7 07 B9 70 7A 6E
means that the content of address 02B7 is 07, the content of address 02B8 is B9, the content of address 02B9 is 70, ...
