Arc access control
The arcacl command retrieves/sets permisions (ACL) of data or computing objects. Currently only GACL-enabled GridFTP storage elements are supported, where this command allows viewing and changing .gacl files. arcacl get writes the ACL to stdout and arcacl put reads the ACL from stdin.
