dict - dictionary containing value to release.
lock - lock to release.
Overview
Releases the lock on the value associated with <lock>. Once the lock is released, the dictCleanupFunc callback can be called for the value (see dictCleanup()).
MT-Level: Safe if <dict> thread-safe.
