Concatenate strings.
Usage
#include <abz/bcat.h> char *bcat(const char *arg, ...);

Overview
The bcat() function concatenate all the arguments (which should all be of type const char *) into one buffer.
Return value
The bcat() function returns a buffer if successful or NULL if some error occurred.
Check errno to see what error occurred.
Notes
