Install / remove kernel
update-gummiboot [kernel-version]
update-gummiboot installs new kernels from /boot to /boot/efi (or whatever configured in /etc/default/gummiboot) and adds an entry to the boot loader; or removes the kernels.
If no kernel version is specified, update-gummiboot will default to the currently running kernel. If the kernel does not exist in /boot, update-gummiboot will remove the kernel from /boot/efi; otherwise it will be installed.
This interface might change in subsequent versions.
/etc/default/gummiboot
