An ipv6 multicast routing daemon and framework
mrd6 [ -D ] [ -f config-file ] [ -A ]
mrd6 is a multicast routing daemon that supports PIM-SM, MLDv2, MBGP, and others.
Options available for the mrd6 command:
-D
Forks into the background after init.
-f
Specifies the configuration file to be used. If this option is not specified mrd6 will try to load /etc/mrd6.conf.
-A
Don't auto-load mrd6 modules that were built statically.
/etc/mrd6.conf
The default location of the mrd6 config file.
mrd6 will log to the stderr file descriptor, to a log file or through syslog to the system logs. For more information on how to configure mrd6 check the included documentation.
