lfc_enterusrmap: Define a new user entry in virtual id table

DESCRIPTION

lfc_enterusrmap defines a new user entry in Virtual Id table.

uid: specifies the Virtual User Id. If the value is -1, the next available id is allocated.
username: specifies the user name.

This function requires ADMIN privilege.

RETURN VALUE

This routine returns 0 if the operation was successful or -1 if the operation failed. In the latter case, serrno is set appropriately.

ERRORS

EACCES: The caller does not have ADMIN privilege.
EFAULT: username is a NULL pointer.
EEXIST: User exists already.
EINVAL: The length of username exceeds 255.
SENOSHOST: Host unknown.
SENOSSERV: Service unknown.
SECOMERR: Communication error.
ENSNACT: Name server is not running or is being shutdown.
