Purpose:

Parameters

!>          AR is REAL
!>          The numerator of the real part of a complex eigenvalue
!>          (AR/BETA) + i*(AI/BETA).
!>

!>          AI is REAL
!>          The numerator of the imaginary part of a complex eigenvalue
!>          (AR/BETA) + i*(AI).
!>

BETA

!>          BETA is REAL
!>          The denominator part of a complex eigenvalue
!>          (AR/BETA) + i*(AI/BETA).
