Usage

int shishi_tkts_write(Shishi_tkts * tkts, FILE * fh);

`Shishi_tkts * tkts`	ticket set handle as allocated by `shishi_tkts()`.
`FILE * fh`	file descriptor to write tickets to.

Write tickets in set to file descriptor.

Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
