Usage

int shishi_apreq_parse(Shishi * handle, FILE * fh, Shishi_asn1 * apreq);

`Shishi * handle`	shishi handle as allocated by `shishi_init()`.
`FILE * fh`	file handle open for reading.
`Shishi_asn1 * apreq`	output variable with newly allocated AP-REQ.

Read ASCII armored DER encoded AP-REQ from file and populate given variable.

Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
