Creates a new namespace with the specified uri and prefix.

RdfNamespace *rdfNewNamespace(RdfSchema *schema, const char *uri, const char *prefix);

Examples
To create a namespace such as the one used in the following tag:

You would do:
RdfNamespace *ns;
ns = rdfNewNamespace(schema, "http://www.foo.com/myns", "myns");
