Returns a description's id.
Usage

char *rdfGetDescriptionId(RdfDescription *desc);
Parameters
desc-
The description containing the ID.
Overview
Returns the specified description's ID.
Returns
The ID of the description. This must be freed when no longer in use.
If the description does not have an ID, this will return NULL.
