Returns a description's about uri.
Usage

char *rdfGetDescriptionAbout(RdfDescription *desc);
Parameters
desc-
The description containing the About URI.
Overview
Returns a description's About URI. This must be freed when no longer in use.
If the About URI does not exist, this will return NULL.
