Build raster pyramids into a spatialite db

Usage

rasterlite_pyramid [-?] [-t] [-v] [-d pathname] [-T name] [-i [{JPEG | TIFF}]] [-q num]

rasterlite_pyramid is a tool for building raster pyramids into a SpatiaLite DB.

`FC-vF[0], FC--verboseF[0]`	verbose output
`FC-dF[0] pathname, FC--db-pathF[0] pathname`	the SpatiaLite db path
`FC-TF[0] name, FC--table-nameF[0] name`	DB table name
`FC-iF[0] [JPEG\|TIFF], FC--image-typeF[0] [JPEG\|TIFF]`	select image type
`FC-qF[0] num, FC--qualityF[0] num`	override the default quality (default = 75(JPEG))
