qmtppull(1)

qmtppull1

Pull mail from remote server over ssh with qmtp

Usage

qmtppull server user maildir prefix [sshoptions]

Overview

qmtppull is a small shell script that uses stdinxout to feed contents of a maildir on a remote host to a local qmail-qmtpd, effectively delivering the messages locally. This connection is cryptographically authenticated and protected by ssh.

I suggest you use an RSA key with an empty password and limited allowed commands for batch mail sending.

Requirements

The local host must have qmail-qmtpd and ssh installed. The remote host must have maildirserial and serialqmtp (from the serialmail package) and ssh installed, and have a way of storing the messages in the maildir.
