Usage

osgearth_conv [--in prop_name prop_value] [--out prop_name prop_value] [--elevation] [--profile profile def] [--min-level int] [--max-level int]

osgearth_conv converts tiles from one format to another.

`FC--inF[0] prop_name prop_value`	set an input property
`FC--outF[0] prop_name prop_value`	set an output property
`FC--elevationF[0]`	convert as elevation data (default is image)
`FC--profileF[0] profile def`	set an output profile (optional; default = same as input)
`FC--min-levelF[0] level`	minimum level of detail
`FC--max-levelF[0] level`	maximum level of detail
