Backend server to control tv output hardware
Overview
nvtvd is a daemon that accesses the TV output hardware. It can be controlled by nvtv through two pipes. You can use this daemon if the user cannot gain root rights to start nvtv.

enable usage of /dev/nv* devices

use null backend (for debugging)

don't detach from controlling terminal
