Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Manage Exported NVM Subsystem Send command with SEL value NVME_MANAGE_EXPORT_NVMS_SEND_SEL_REVOKE_HOST_ACCESS. Command Dword 14 (ESUBIDV/ESUBID) is not used by this operation - the target Exported NVM Subsystem(s) are specified in data.
