Mapnik csv/geojson index utility

Usage

mapnik-index [options]

mapnik-index is a utilty to create index files for CSV and GeoJSON data files. The index files will have .index appended to the input filenames.

`FC-hF[0], FC--helpF[0]`	produce usage message
`FC-VF[0], FC--versionF[0]`	print version string
`FC-vF[0], FC--verboseF[0]`	verbose output
`FC-dF[0], FC--depthF[0] number`	max tree depth (default 8)
`FC-rF[0], FC--ratioF[0] number`	split ratio (default 0.55)
`FC-sF[0], FC--separatorF[0] character`	CSV columns separator
`FC-qF[0], FC--quoteF[0] character`	CSV columns quote
`FC--filesF[0] path...`	Files to index: file1 file2 ...fileN
