## SYNOPSIS

## Detailed Description

The main function of the interface is to detect whether the package with the specified package name is installed correctly.

The argument *name* is the package name.

The argument *version* is the package version.

## RETURN VALUE

On success, return  **0.**

On error, return **-1.**

These functions are as per the withdrawn POSIX.1e draft specification. The following functions are Linux extensions: **kdk\_package\_get\_packagelist**(), **kdk\_package\_free\_packagelist**() and **kdk\_package\_get\_version**().
