Force pluto to re-listen all interfaces
Usage
ipsec listen
[--ctlsocket
/run/pluto/pluto.ctl]
Overview
ipsec listen requests pluto to re-listen all interfaces. After operation pluto will be able to answer new connection requests. This is not required on normal system startup sequence.
