`gnutls_certificate_credentials_t sc`	is a `gnutls_certificate_credentials_t` structure.
`gnutls_openpgp_keyring_t * keyring`	the exported keyring. Should be treated as constant

This function will export the OpenPGP keyring associated with the given credentials.
