Purpose:

!> to correct the overflow/underflow behavior of machines that

Parameters

SMALL

!>          SMALL is DOUBLE PRECISION
!>          On entry, the underflow threshold as computed by DLAMCH.
!>          On exit, the unchanged value SMALL.
!>

LARGE

!>          LARGE is DOUBLE PRECISION
!>          On entry, the overflow threshold as computed by DLAMCH.
!>          On exit, the unchanged value LARGE.
