Overview
Takes a MIDI-like file as input and tries to detect, convert and write to a memory buffer in MIDI format.
- file

The input file that contains MIDI-like content: XMI, MUS, HMP or HMI.
- out

The output buffer. It will be allocated with
malloc() and must befree()d by the caller when it is no longer needed.
- size

The size of the output buffer.
