Overview
Compare two VT_CY values.
Params
cyLeft [In] Source.
cyRight [In] Value to compare.
Returns
Success: VARCMP_LT, VARCMP_EQ or VARCMP_GT indicating that the value to compare is less, equal or greater than source respectively.
Failure: DISP_E_OVERFLOW, if overflow occurs during the comparison
