Another thunkbuf link routine. The start of the thunkbuf looks like this: 00: DWORD length 04: SEGPTR address for thunkbuffer pointer [ok probably].

Nothing.
Implementation
Exported by ordinal only. Use GetProcAddress(3w) to obtain a pointer to the function.
