Load the in-process server of a given GUID.
Params
refiid [In] GUID of the server to load.
Returns
Success: A handle to the loaded server dll.
Failure: A NULL handle.
Implementation
Exported by ordinal only. Use GetProcAddress(3w) to obtain a pointer to the function.
