lpUnknown [In] Object supporting the IPersistPropertyBag interface.
lpPropBag [Out] Destination for loaded IPropertyBag.
Returns
Success: S_OK.
Failure: An HRESULT error code, or E_FAIL if lpUnknown is NULL.
