Overview
Enable or disable a menu item.
Params
hMenu [In] Menu holding menu item.
uID [In] Id of menu item to enable/disable.
bEnable [In] Whether to enable (TRUE) or disable (FALSE) the item.

The return code from EnableMenuItem.
