Overview
Swap the file extension in a path with another extension.
Params
lpszPath [In/Out] Path to swap the extension in.
lpszExt [In] The new extension.
Returns
TRUE if lpszPath was modified, FALSE if lpszPath or lpszExt is NULL, or the new path is too long
