Delete a directory.
Params
dir [In] Name of directory to delete.
Returns
Success: 0. The directory indicated by newdir is deleted.
Failure: -1. errno indicates the error.

Implementation
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
