Usage

APIDoc readString( String xmlstr )

Arguments

xmlstr A String containing the contents of a -xmldocs file

Overview

Reads a String generated from an -xmldocs file into an ElementTreeData.ElementTree (3kaya)
This is then used by the other functions in this module.
