Overview
Retrieves the rectangle of the specified image in an image list.
Params
himl [In] handle to image list.
i [In] image index.
lpRect [Out] pointer to the image rectangle.
Returns
Success: TRUE
Failure: FALSE.

This is an UNDOCUMENTED function!!!
