Usage

 use IM::Http;
 (rc, data) = http_process(spec, http_proxy, no_proxy)
     rc: 
         0: success
         -1: failure

The IM::Http module handles HTTP.

This modules is provided by IM (Internet Message).

 if ($rc < 0) {
