Overview
Gets the a unique identifier of a process.
Params
hProcess [In] Handle to the process.
Returns
Success: TRUE.
Failure: FALSE, check GetLastError(3w).
Notes
The identifier is unique only on the machine and only until the process exits (including system shutdown).
