Overview
This function uses format to format the date, or, if format is NULL, uses the default for the locale. Format is a string of literal fields and characters as follows:
d single-digit (no leading zero) day (of month) dd two-digit day (of month) ddd short day-of-week name dddd long day-of-week name M single-digit month MM two-digit month MMM short month name MMMM full month name y two-digit year, no leading 0 yy two-digit year yyyy four-digit year gg era string.
