hFile [In] The communications device.
lpCommConfig [Out] The communications configuration of the device (if it fits).
Overview
Fill in the COMMCONFIG structure for the comm port hFile.
Returns
TRUE on success, FALSE on failure If successful, lpCommConfig contains the comm port configuration.
