Overview
Creates a region as specified by the transformation data and region data.
Params
lpXform [In] World-space to logical-space transformation data.
dwCount [In] Size of the data pointed to by rgndata, in bytes.
rgndata [In] Data that specifies the region.
Returns
Success: Handle to region.
Failure: NULL.
