DynRootDB(5)

DynRootDB5

Afs cells and database servers

Overview

The file DynRootDB specifies what AFS cells that should appear in the AFS root (/afs) when starting arlad and arla-cli.

Each line in the file should contain one cell, for example

stacken.kth.se
e.kth.se
nada.kth.se
it.kth.se

DynRootDB is read when arlad is started, normally when the system boots.

If there file DynRootDB doesn't exist, then all cells listed in the CellServDB and the dynamically found nodes appear in the /afs directory.
