Enable non-blocking input
Usage
Void noDelay( Window win, Bool bf )
Arguments
win The window to apply to
bf Whether Curses.wgetch (3kaya) will wait for input.
Overview
Enable or disable non-blocking input. If this is enabled and no input is waiting, then Curses.getch (3kaya) will return ERR (probably -1). If it is disabled, then getch will wait for input. This function does nothing on Windows
