Overview
Remove a SIP provider and its functions from the registry.
Params
pgProv [In] Pointer to a GUID for this SIP provider.
Returns
Success: TRUE.
Failure: FALSE. (Look at GetLastError(3w)).
Notes
Registry errors are always reported via SetLastError(3w). Every registry deletion will be tried.
