Duplicate a key and the key's state.
Params
hKey [In] Handle of the key to copy.
pdwReserved [In] Reserved for future use and must be NULL.
dwFlags [In] Reserved for future use and must be zero.
phKey [In] Address of the handle to the duplicated key.
