ok: Alternative to test::more::use

SYNOPSIS

    use ok 'Some::Module';

With this module, simply change all \*(C`use_ok\*(C' in test scripts to \*(C`use ok\*(C', and they will be executed at \*(C`BEGIN\*(C' time.
