DESCRIPTION

Draws a pieslice (outlined circular sector).

Parameters:

\[bu]: cx, cy - Center of the pieslice
\[bu]: r - Radius of the pieslice
\[bu]: color - Color of the pieslice
\[bu]: start_theta - The initial angle from which the pieslice is drawn
\[bu]: delta_theta - Angular span of the pieslice (pass a negative number to switch direction)
\[bu]: thickness - Thickness of the circle, pass <= 0 to draw hairline pieslice
