HTML::Display::Win32::IE: Use ie to display html pages

SYNOPSIS

  my $browser = HTML::Display->new(
    class => 'HTML::Display::Dump',
  );
  $browser->display("<html><body><h1>Hello world!</h1></body></html>");

This implementation avoids temporary files by using \s-1OLE\s0 to push the \s-1HTML\s0 directly into the browser.
