Uses calcRoiCovg.c to count covered bases per-gene for each given tumor-normal pair of BAMs.
calc-covg-helper
Uses calcRoiCovg.c to count covered bases per-gene for a tumor-normal pair of BAMs.
calc-wig-covg
Count covered bases per-gene for each given wiggle track format file.
